The National and international transport of dangerous goods is subject to the ADR (European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road).
The ADR Consultant is a person appointed to advise, monitor compliance with the law and prepare an annual report on businesses whose activities include the transport, loading or unloading of dangerous goods by road.
Every such company is obligated to appoint one or more ADRs whose duties abide by the ADR agreement. The ADR Consultant must hold a vocational training certificate from the competent authority of our country. Similar agreements governing the rail (RID), waterway (IMDG) and air transport of dangerous goods.
